Jersey Girl Fit Camp is a four week program of fun,
dynamic and functional fitness instruction and nutritional guidance. You
will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout
led by Certified Trainer Caron Flagg.

Camp will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
morning, will be one hour in duration, starting promptly at 6am.
You will be supported by educational emails that will inspire and
educated you throughout the program regarding positive and permanent
lifestyle changes. You will track your progress throughout the camp and
Caron will be available to you for feedback and answer any questions
that might arise.

Even if you not very physically fit, NOBODY will be left
behind or be asked to do more than safely possible. Everyone regardless of their
fitness level will be challenged. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to
participate. Each day will offer a new challenge and will progressively become
more intense. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Camp meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 6am-7am. All
participants are expected to arrive on time and ready to go. If you want to
achieve your desired results, we recommend that you attend all 12 sessions.
Sometimes things occur that interfere with our fitness activities, so please
give prior notice when possible.
Bring a water bottle, face towel, running shoes,
fitness attire and a positive attitude. Now is the time to make fitness a
priority!
What can I expect to achieve from camp? Your body will become more fit and
toned, and your cardiovascular endurance will dramatically improve. You will
gain more confidence making improvements in your physical being. The program
will include exercises designed to firm your muscles, flatten you stomach,
reduce body fat and increase stamina. You'll also meet great people who share in
the same vision and goals for a healthier lifestyle. You also learn how to make
exercise and healthy eating a permanent and enjoyable part of your life.

The fee for the camp is $250. That covers twelve hours of instruction, the
before and after assessments, complete nutritional guideline package and weekly
